THEATRICAL DRAPES & STARCLOTH FABRIC

 

We have a huge quantity of stock drapes hire to compliment our starcloths. This means we can install a large amount of themed draping or blackout with or without starcloth to hire.

One of our most popular products is the USInc.
Voile-over® system which provides an IFR overlay with 100% fullness softening the look and feel of any starcloth or drape. We have several sizes in our hire stock and we can also manufacture these at very competitive prices.

We also manufacture drapes to any specific size or colour out of any material including scrims, gold lame & velour (ask for our consultancy service if you want more advice on fabric choice). Drapes can be used to complement Starcloth or to dress and blackout certain areas. Traditionally used in a theatrical setting or as stage backdrops our hire stock drapes are made out of highest quality black serge wool, which makes them hardwearing and durable, with ties and Velcro as necessary. STARCLOTH FABRIC

Universal Stars Inc blackout drapes are manufactured from a high quality DFR Black Wool Serge that meets BS flammability standards BS5867, as well as the new European standards. For customers looking for a higher grade of flammability, Universal Stars can also provide an IFR fabric, which is sometimes requested in some EU Countries e.g. Germany.

Universal Stars Inc. design and manufacture high quality Starcloths that have ties to the top and sides as standard, enabling the Starcloth to be draped vertically or horizontally. No matter how many Starcloths you require each join appears seamless creating limitless dimensions fabrics & effects.
